Information on disputes

If you find a registrant infringing your rights through registration of a domain name, you may take actions aiming to protect them. Pursuant to the .pl Domain Name Regulations, disputes on domain names are settled before one of the arbitration courts or before a court of general jurisdiction. NASK is not involved in settling disputes.

Final and legally binding decision of the court of arbitration or the court of general jurisdiction, stating the infringement of claimant’s rights as a result of registration and using of a domain name, shall constitute grounds for NASK to terminate the agreement with a registrant and to register the domain name for a claimant.

Arbitration Court – permanent court attached to institutions bound with NASK by agreements on cooperation on disputes settlement

Provisions on submitting disputes and regulations are published at websites of arbitration courts.
