Application for the change of the domain name subscriber >>

Conditions of the change of domain name Subscriber, concerning the Administrative and Technical Service provided by NASK:

  1. The domain name has to be serviced by NASK (NASK has to be advisable as the Registrar for the "Domain object" in WHOIS database). If your domain name is serviced by other Registrar (Partner), it is necessary to contact this entity to receive a valid procedure for the change of the domain name subscriber.
  2. Before the application is fulfilled, we advise you to check the subscriber's data at WHOIS database if all your data are correct and valid. If the data changed, the application for update of the domain name subscriber's data shall be enclosed.
  3. The application for the change of the domain name subscriber shall be filled in correctly and signed legibly by persons authorized to represent current and future subscriber. A private person shall sign the application by his/her own. The application may be also signed by the Authorized Signatories under the condition a Power of Attorney is enclosed. A private person shall sign the application by his/her own. It may be also signed by the subscriber's plenipotentiary under the condition a proper Power of Attorney is submitted.
  4. Company registry documents, that empower both representatives to make statements on behalf of current and future Subscriber, shall be enclosed.
  5. Neither current nor future subscriber can be indebted to NASK.

  1. Who shall sign the application for the change of the domain name subscriber and what documents shall be delivered to NASK?

    The application shall be signed legibly by representatives who are empowered to make statements on behalf of both parties (Authorized Signatories). The company registry documents of current and future domain name Subscriber shall be enclosed. It is necessary to enclose the Power of Attorney, signed by Authorized Signatory if parties are represented by plenipotentiaries. A private person shall sign the application by his/her own. If a private person is represented by plenipotentiary it is necessary to enclose the Power of Attorney.

  2. How long is the application for the change of the subscriber valid?

    The application for change of the domain name subscriber is valid for one month from the date it was received by NASK. Within this period NASK accepts corrections and additional documents. If the change of the domain name subscriber is not completed, after this deadline a new application must be submitted and sent to NASK.

  3. Will the application be accepted if the current subscriber is indebted to NASK?

    It is not possible. All the outstanding invoices have to be paid. The verification of the application may be stopped until the object invoices are confirmed as paid, but no longer than one month from the date the application for change of the domain name subscriber is delivered.

  4. How long does it take to verify the application?

    Up to fourteen days from the date when NASK received complete documentation.

  5. Does NASK inform that the change of the subscriber was made?

    Yes, confirmation of the change is sent to the contact e-mail addresses given in the application. Moreover the data of the new domain name subscriber is available in WHOIS database with the exception of private person's data.

  6. How will NASK contact the parties of the agreement?

    NASK contacts both parties by e-mail using contact e-mail addresses provided in the application only.
