DOMAIN NAME DELEGATION removal

Application for removal of the domain name delegation >>

Be aware that the application for removal of the domain name delegation causes the termination of the agreement reached with NASK when the following conditions are met:

1. Print out and fill in legibly the application for removal of the domain name delegation
2. Sign the application legibly by the subscriber's representative and seal (if advisable). In the case the subscriber is a company (not a private person), it is necessary to enclose a copy of company documents confirming that the representative is empowered to make statements on behalf of the subscriber (is the Authorized Signatory)
3. Deliver filled in application to NASK via fax no.: +48 22 380 83 01, or by post to the address: NASK, ul. Wąwozowa 18, 02-796 Warszawa, Poland or sent via e-mail to info@dns.pl

Before the application is submitted, we advise you to check the subscriber's data in WHOIS database (personal data are not available). Please enclose the application for update of the domain name subscriber's data if the subscriber's data, visible in WHOIS database, is invalid.

NASK shall verify the received documents within 14 days. The confirmation of removal of the domain name delegation (or the request for additional documents) shall be sent to the contact e-mail addresses given in this application.

ATTENTION !
Please remember that the application for removal of the domain name delegation must be delivered to NASK before the renewal date. In accordance with Domain Names Regulations, Subscriber is obliged to pay the annual fee in case the application is delivered after new billing period already began (according to the Price List).
We also advise you to fill in the field with the date of removal of the domain name delegation. In the case this field is not filled in, NASK assumes that the date, the document was delivered to NASK, is the date of domain name delegation removal.
