www.dns.pl: Terms and conditions concerning the Domain Name

1.	The Domain Name may consist exclusively of the following characters: Latin alphabet letters, digits and character "-".
2.	The character "-" must not be placed at the beginning of the Domain Name, at the end thereof and on the 3rd and 4th position within the Domain Name concurrently (the only exception allowed is the Domain names with "xn--" prefix).
3.	The Domain Name may consist up to 63 characters in total - it applies to every single name in every single Domain, regardless of the level/extension, for example: .pl, .com.pl.
4.	The size of letters in the Domain Name is of no significance for the maintenance of the Domain Name.
5.	In the Tender, the Tenderer is obliged to provide: the Domain Name, the Tenderer's identification data together with a person authorized to act on behalf thereof, and at least two servers intended to maintain the Domain Name.

Terms and conditions concerning the Change of the Delegation of the Domain Name:

In the case of Domain Names, for which Administrative and Technical service is provided by NASK for the Subscriber, the applications for the Change of Delegation shall include:

a.	The Subscriber's personal data (e.g. address data, NIP (tax ID), PESEL(personal ID)/REGON (National Economy Register), telephone number, e-mail address)
b.	Names of new Domain Name Servers and optionally their IP numbers (in the case of registering new Domain Name Servers).

In the case of Domain Names, for which Administrative and Technical service is provided by NASK for the Partner, the Change of Delegation may only be performed by a given Partner, according to the procedure specified by the said Partner. Information concerning the entity that maintains given Domain Name may be found in the base WHOIS.

NASK shall not perform any change unless the Domain Name Servers are configured and are intended to maintain the Domain Name as specified in the Change of Delegation. Prior to application approval or performing change, an automatic check shall take place that shall verify whether the Domain Name Servers have SOA records for the Domain Name specified in the application.
