STATES OF DOMAIN

New functionality of WHOIS database has been implemented and it's running the following information about domain name:

date and time creation of options for a domain name,
date and time of last modification of a domain name,
date and time of the creation of a domain name,
message "The domain name is under dispute" for domains that are in a judicial proceeding,
message about the state of a domain name that allows to determine what operations are feasible,
all information except Subscriber's data are displayed in the WHOIS database on port 43, a cap of 10 000 queries per day on each IP address.

The next version will be introduced about information's that concern blocked regional domain names, whose registration is possible only by authorized entities.
