Who may modify the Tender for the domain name registration?
The Tender may be modified by the user of the e-mail address given in the
Tender who knows both the domain name and the Tender's ID number.

How does the modification of Tender work?
There are two steps in the process:
The Tenderer initiates the modification process by giving the ID
number of the Tender and the name of the domain. Then after pressing on the
'initiate modification of Tender' button, the message with further
instructions given in detail shall be sent to the e-mail address given in
the Tender.
The Tenderer modifies the data of the Tender and prepares the printable
written form of the Tender with the new ID number.

What are the consequences of modifying the contents of
the Tender?
The previous content of the Tender is replaced with the new
modified version. The ID number of the Tender is changed as well. Modification
does not change any terms specified by Domain
Names Regulations as of 18 December 2006. The printed modified Tender
has to be delivered to NASK.
Please notice that the closing date and other time limits are not changed!

What can be changed?
Modifications may be applied to the following details:
classification of the Tender (private person/company),
full name of the Tender (name and surname in the case of Natural Person),
name and surname of the representative who is authorized to make
statements in behalf of the Tenderer (this person must be authorized by
legal regulation or by a letter of authorization submitted by the
Tenderer),
Will the ID of the request change after the Tender is modified?
Indeed. Every modification of the Tender causes change to the ID of the request.[top]
Is it possible to modify the Tender several
times?
Yes it is. However, every modification is valid for 24 hours from the initiation. As
long as the order of modification is active, the further modification cannot
be initiated/accepted.
ATTENTION! One must remember that the modification does not influence the terms specified in the Domain Name Regulations and delivering the current Tender to NASK in written form is one of domain name registration conditions. [top]
Is it possible to modify the Tender when the domain name
has already been registered?
The Tender cannot be modified after the registration of the domain name
by NASK. [top]
